Orders are fulfilled by the retailer you check out with, so delivery follows their rules. Here is how that plays out in practice.
We are a catalog, not a warehouse. When you press the buy button on a product page, you finish the purchase on the retailer's site, and their logistics take over: their boxes, their carriers, their tracking emails. Your payment and delivery details never pass through us.
The retailer emails a tracking link once the box leaves the warehouse. If the estimated date passes with no doorbell, give it one extra business day (carrier scans lag), then use the retailer's order page to file a late-delivery report. That route is faster than email and creates a paper trail.
If the gear is for a baby who has not arrived yet, order the bouncer and swing a few weeks early. Assembly is usually 15 minutes, but batteries are almost never included, and a 2 am discovery that the swing needs four C batteries is a bad way to meet your new roommate.
Questions about a specific order belong to the retailer's support. Questions about the catalog itself: contact us.
